In order to highlight the need for neurodivergent inclusion in the workplace, RPA’s social team organized a happy hour for Autism Acceptance Month that prioritized autistic and neurodivergent people’s needs.

I worked with art directors Roman Treuthart and Anna Hernand to document the event and create a video with tips for creating your own neurodivergent-friendly get-together.
